Where is Casale Oleandri located?
Our country house is just 6 km from Corinaldo and offers a unique front-row view of the charming medioeval village of Ostra Vetere. It is easily accessible by car via 200 meters of flat, unpaved road. You’ll experience total rural tranquility without being isolated: essential services (supermarkets, restaurants) are a quick 5-minute drive away, while the beaches of Senigallia are just 20 minutes from your door.
When is the villa available?
Casale Oleandri welcomes guests from May 29 through September 30. The swimming pool is available throughout the entire opening period. The villa is for exclusive use, no shared spaces.
How can I book my stay at Casale Oleandri?
You can contact our Host directly for a personalized experience. Alternatively, our entire villa is available for reservation through major travel platforms, including Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
Is it possible to book long-term or weekly stays?
Yes, the villa is ideal for weekly or extended stays, especially during the summer season. With its fully equipped kitchen and spacious layout, it offers the perfect 'home away from home' in the relaxing pace of Marche countryside exclusively for our guests.
What is included in the price?
The price includes the entire property, initial cleaning, utilities (water and electricity), and a full set of bed linens and bath towels. More details can be provided by the Host upon request.

Designed for total privacy it is the perfect place to 'unplug,' embrace the silence of the countryside, and experience Marche in its most authentic form.
Does the Casale have Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available across the entire property. The connection is perfectly suitable for remote work, including web browsing and video conferencing. However, due to our authentic rural location, it may not support high-bandwidth activities. We like to think of it as the ultimate excuse to unplug and enjoy the slow-living!
Is the villa suitable for families?
Absolutely. Casale Oleandri is designed for both families and groups of adults. With its spacious layout and private pool, it offers the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. For families, we provide a crib, a high chair, and a twin bedroom, while groups of friends will appreciate the scenic outdoor dining area and the fully equipped self-catering kitchen. As with any countryside property with a pool, standard supervision for children is required to ensure everyone's safety.
Is the villa air-conditioned?
The casale is naturally breezy thanks to its 25 windows that catch the hillside air. To ensure maximum comfort even on the warmest days, the bedrooms upstairs are equipped with air conditioning. Ventilators are also available in each bedroom. The thick stone walls of the structure also help maintain a pleasant indoor temperature.
Does the Casale have mosquito nets?
Yes, we care about your comfort. All windows on the upper floor are equipped with high-quality mosquito nets. For the ground floor bedroom, we have chosen an canopy mosquito net over the bed.
Should I expect to see insects during my stay?
Casale Oleandri is in the heart of the countryside, so butterflies, crickets, ladybugs, and lizards are part of the scenery. In July and August, you might see local wasps; however, they are not aggressive and usually don't disturb you during meals. For your peace of mind, we provide anti-wasp spray and have installed mosquito nets on all upper-floor windows and canopy nets over the ground-floor beds.
Can I bring my pets to Casale Oleandri?
Pets may be allowed upon request for an additional fee. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your pets so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Is smoking allowed at the villa?
To ensure a fresh and healthy environment for all our guests, smoking is prohibited inside the villa as well as the pool and the solarium area. Guests are kindly requested to smoke only in the garden or on the porch, ensuring that ashtrays are used and that the property remains litter-free.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is generally scheduled for the afternoon, while check-out is in the morning. Your Host will provide you with detailed times and instructions prior to your arrival.
