At Casale Oleandri, our layout provides the best of both worlds: spacious areas for gathering and intimate spaces for privacy. Boasting 25 windows, the entire home is bathed in natural light throughout the day. Enjoy the freedom of direct outdoor access from either side of the villa, making it easy to move between the cozy interiors, the gardens and the infinity pool area.

Ground floor

The ground floor is designed for conviviality and ease. It features a bright, cozy living room perfect for relaxing, which flows into a large, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This level also includes a comfortable bedroom and a bathroom. With multiple entrances, the ground floor opens directly onto the gardens and the outdoor dining areas on both sides of the house, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. 

 

 

First floor

Ascending the handcrafted wrought-iron staircase, you reach the first floor. Here, you will find a second cozy lounge, a quiet space for reading or watching TV. This level hosts four spacious bedrooms, each with air conditiioning, and two bathrooms (including one with a corner tub). The upper floor is equipped with mosquito screens on all windows to ensure a peaceful and undisturbed night's sleep.
